Reservations : Deposit of 40 % is required at the time of booking and balance at least 24 days before the tour begins.

Cancellations : Any money paid will be refunded less the cost, cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses.

Rates: Includes all expenses in respect of vehicles and drivers as per itinerary meals on safari and entrance fees to National parks and Game reserves.

Transportation: Cars , minibuses, FOUR WHEEL trucks or coaches will be provided according to the route and number of clients.

The right is reserved to employ the services of sub contractors English, French , Spanish drivers guides are provided.

Accommodation: Based on two people to share a twin room tent, where possible rooms with private bath are provided single rooms are provided at an additional cost but not a guarantee.

Liability: The company acts only as the agent of the passengers in all matters relating to hotels / lodge accommodation, tours, transport etc. and shall not be liable for any form of injury delays loss or damage in any manner. The laws of the country in which the tour takes place and on any other country govern the company liability to passengers carried on its own vehicles in all.

Claims are a subject to jurisdiction of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the rights to employ sub contractors for all part of the services.

Alteration of the tour : The company reserves the right to alter arrangement or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should condition necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept retain any person as a member of any tour at any time in which case can equitable amount will be refunded . Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

NOTE: All expeditions involve an element of personal risks at times can be hazardous in nature .expedition member must accept the risk we are not liable of any loss damage or injury, expense delay or inconvenience caused to your baggage as a result whether directly or indirectly or any matter or whatever nature which is outside our control.
